Today, we are announcing our intention to reschedule the GAMB Pre-Sale to July 4th, 2018. In the following update, we will explain the reasoning behind this strategic decision.
Why Reschedule the Pre-Sale?
Firstly, we want to make sure that everyone who wants to be a part of our mission to revolutionize e-commerce and introduce the self-governed marketplace of the future has a chance to do so. Secondly, we have also ran into some delays with the KYC (account verification) implementation and we want to ensure that everything is fully operational and compliant prior to opening our Pre-Sale to investors.
Acquiring and receiving GMB tokens should be as easy and smooth as possible for everyone. We felt that the KYC implementation did not quite live up to the high standards we have set for ourselves in that regard. So we decided to implement some improvements. At this stage, we are confident that the process delivers results as initially intended.
Increased Marketing Efforts
We will use the additional time to further increase our marketing efforts and build the global awareness we feel GAMB deserves. The more people know about what we are doing, the more will join our cause and help make this project a reality.
For too long merchants have been losing their influence and power, while large corporations are cashing in the lion’s share of the profits generated from global e-commerce. A liberated, self-governed marketplace will be the perfect remedy for a system that has trended towards rewarding recklessness and concentration of power.
