It is time to push for decentralization in E-Commerce!
Dear GAMB Community,
Since we finalized our Pre-Sale in July, we have been monitoring the conditions of the crypto market closely, and as markets continue to trade sideways, with no sustainable improvements over the last weeks, we have decided to shift the focus exclusively on the development of the GAMB self-governed and decentralized marketplace.
ICO closes with immediate effect
As a result, we do not run a main sale, as we had initially planned, and close the ICO with immediate effect as of today, 19 November 2018. The token distribution should be finished within a week’s time. Tokens which have not been sold during our Private and Pre-Sale will be distributed pro rata among contributors of the ICO. The additional tokens will be distributed automatically, no further actions are required.
Listing acquired — trading to start November 28th
To allow merchants across the globe access to our GMB tokens, we have analyzed the most-suitable exchanges for that purpose. We have secured the listing of GMB tokens at a globally well-known exchange. The trading is planned to start on November 28th. Information about the exchange and the chosen trading pairs will be made available in our community via our announcement channel.
Development is on track
Having raised more than 24,000 ETH in our Private and Pre-Sale, our project is well funded and ready to move forward at full speed. As firm believers in the benefits of blockchain and distributed ledger technology, GAMB is convinced that markets will improve as projects and regulations mature and prove their worth to the industry.
We have already converted funds into fiat to finance the project and to achieve all proposed milestones for 2019. The remaining ETH are safely kept together with the token reserve. We are perfectly equipped to develop our solution for the much-needed decentralization in E-Commerce.
Last but not least, we are thrilled to inform you that the development of our decentralized marketplace has successfully started. Going forward, we will regularly share behind the scenes insights as well as progress updates — so stay tuned for that.
